According to an Horry County Police Department incident report, Tevin Daiwan Gause fired shots into a home with seven people inside.
The homeowner told law enforcement when arrived back home after work, he saw several bullet holes along the side of the residence, the report stated. His 19-year-old brother, who was home alone, complained about an injury to the back of his left shoulder, which appeared to have been caused by a bullet grazing him.
According to the brother, he was inside the home with others when they noticed headlights shining in through the living room window. At that point, several gunshots were heard, and the individuals started to run and hide, the report stated.
Officers canvased the exterior of the home and located several shell casings.
Another person who was inside the home at the time of the shooting told police she saw three vehicles leave the area after the shots were fired, according to the report.
Gause is being held at J Reuben Long Detention Center.
