GALIVANTS FERRY, SC (WMBF) - Officers responded to a possible fight located on Floyd Page Road on July 10 in reference to a possible fight.
According to information from the HCPD police report, the resident said that her fiancé assaulted her mom and sister.
The resident's mom began to ask the fiancé about a water account that they shared and he became angry, throwing a container of grease at her.
The mom left the home and then he followed her while throwing jars of baby food, causing them to break, the resident said. He then attempted to assault the mom with a broom, and that's when the sister stepped in to defend the mom.
The fiancé attacked the sister by punching her with his fist multiple times, according to the police report. The resident pulled her fiancé off of her sister and he then went inside the home. The family members walked back towards their home next door.
The police report states that the fiancé got into his vehicle and drove it directly into the mother's vehicle.
He continued to drive his vehicle forward until push forward the mother's vehicle was out of the way.
When he went back to the residence, the resident explained to the fiancé how much trouble he would be in. He said that the police would have to find him first and went walking towards the woods.
The officers responded to the residence and couldn't find the fiancé. The officers did find injuries on the resident, broken bottles of baby food, and the damaged vehicles.
