HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - In the U.S., 50 children are backed over by cars, trucks, and SUVs each week because the driver simply could not see them.

Even more startling is the person behind the wheel is usually a parent or loved one.

WMBF News anchor Julie Martin shares one Horry County family's very personal loss and investigates what is being done to prevent these tragedies.
