Treadwell-Pertell named Conway Middle School principal

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - The Horry County Board of Education appointed Regina Treadwell-Pertell to take the role of principal at Conway Middle School, according to a press release from Conway Middle School.

Treadwell-Pertell will fill the position last held by Lee James who is now the principal of Conway High School, the press release states.

She was the assistant principal of Conway Middle from 2012 to 2014 and then she became the assistant principal at Forestbrook Middle School, giving her four years of experience of administrative experience.

Treadwell-Pertell also taught English for 11 years at Ocean Bay Middle School and Aynor High School, according to the press release.

Treadwell-Pertell graduated from Coastal Carolina University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She holds two graduate degrees; one in human resource development from Webster University and one in education administration from Grand Canyon University.
