HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Horry County Sheriff's deputies are searching for two people involved in recent attacks.

The first incident allegedly happened to a child while the second resulted in the alleged beating of two adults.

Melanie Whitt, 41, is wanted for cruelty to children.

It was reported to Horry County police on July 12, 2016, just after 12:30 p.m., that Whitt got in a fight with the victim, kicked her to the ground and kicked her in the stomach.

Whitt's last known address is on Golf Colony Drive in Surfside Beach.

In the second case, 25-year-old Heath Traylor is wanted for common law robbery, second-degree burglary and third-degree battery.

An Horry County police report stated that on July 17, 2016, Traylor, along with a second suspect, allegedly forced their way into the two victims' home, demanding repayment of a loan.

That forced entry caused an alleged injury to the head of one victim, while the other victim was allegedly punched in the back.

Traylor's last known address is on Seabreeze Drive in Garden City.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Horry County Sheriff's Office at 843-915-5450.
