Injury accident blocks US-501 near HGTC in Conway

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – An accident with injuries blocked all southbound lanes of Highway 501 at Singleton Ridge Road in Conway, near HGTC, Monday afternoon, according to officials.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is reporting the injury accident occurred at about 1:36 p.m. Monday.

The South Carolina DOT reports that all southbound lanes of US 501 were blocked due to a disabled vehicle. A nearby traffic camera shows several emergency vehicles on scene. At 2:51 p.m., the SCDOT reported that all lanes were cleared.
