CHESTER, S.C. (AP) - Authorities say a father and son from North Carolina died when their motor home flipped over an embankment and caught fire on Interstate 77 in South Carolina. Multiple media outlets say 53-year-old Christopher Gragg and 23-year-old Cody Gragg of Lenoir died in the crash Saturday in Chester County.
ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) - Twenty law enforcement officers from a South Carolina county are taking Spanish lessons so they can communicate better with a growing Hispanic population. WASHINGTON (AP) - A federal judge has ordered the National Marine Fisheries Service to revisit a decision not to list the blueback herring as a threatened species. In a ruling Saturday, a District of Columbia judge said officials failed to offer a rational connection between the facts and two essential conclusions, and also failed to consider other aspects of the issue.
