HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Two more individuals are on the Horry County Suspect Search list.

First is 44-year-old Charles Gary Shelley, who is wanted by the Horry County Sheriff's Office for knowing and willful abuse of a vulnerable adult.

An Horry County police report details alleged abuse of adults in both January and April of this year. The report states on Jan. 1, 2016, the victim called adult protective services because of injuries.

The victim was taken to Grand Strand Medical Center, where pictures of bruises, a black eye, a smashed ear lobe and a busted lip were reportedly taken.

Then in April, a second victim reported Shelley punched them. The suspect's last known address is on Hemlock Road in Galivants Ferry.

The next case allegedly involves 34-year-old Samantha Dziama, who is wanted for unlawful neglect of a child or helpless person.

The Horry County police report stated that on April 4, 2016, a Department of Social Services worker reported to Horry County police that a child missed school repeatedly and that same child also tested positive for drugs in both a hair follicle and a urine test.

Dziama's last known address is on Turkey Ridge Road in Surfside Beach.
