MBPD investigating reports of victim robbed at gunpoint

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Myrtle Beach Police are searching for an alleged armed robbery suspect or suspects near South Ocean Blvd.

The victim reported to police around 4:45 a.m. that he was robbed at gunpoint near the Seacrest hotel.

Police are searching for two black males and were unable to locate any suspects at this time. The search has continued near the Hotel Blue, according to police.
