MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Myrtle Beach Police responded to an apartment Wednesday at 200 Cedar Street, in reference to a woman who was allegedly choked at gunpoint, and are now asking for the public's help locating the suspect in this crime.

Upon arriving, the victim said the suspect, later identified by police as Dameion Hakeem Alston, knocked on her door and forced his way in, he then began choking her and held a black gun to her head, according to reports.

The victim said the suspect asked where the 'stuff' was and where the gun was.

The victim said Alston opened the door and let another black male in. The victim told police she lost consciousness from being chocked and when she woke up, the offenders were gone.

Police are looking for 25-year-old Alston in connection with this incident. He is wanted for robbery, first-degree burglary, kidnapping, assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, and use of a weapon in commission of a violent felony, according to police. Alston should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. Alston is also wanted by Conway Police for armed robbery.

The victim described the other suspect as a black male wearing a red shirt that had '501' written on the front with white letters.

Police are still investigating the Cedar Street incident at this time.
