FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Two more men have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 22-year-old man found at an abandoned mobile home in Florence County on January 22.
Cleveland Darquan Santez Wiggins, 19, was arrested and charged with murder on January 30 for shooting and killing of 22-year-old Deanglo Damone Reid on or about January 22 after Reid's body was found at an abandoned mobile home near Effingham on January 26.
On February 2, Jasper Jerrell Epps, 18, was arrested by investigators and charged with murder and accessory after the fact of murder. On February 3, Danny Tyler Lane, 18, was arrested and charged with murder.
According to investigators, Epps and Lane are alleged to have been present when Reid was murdered, and participated in the act with Wiggins.
At the time of his arrest, investigators say Wiggins was in possession of a handgun, so he has also been charged with unlawful carrying of a pistol and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
All three men are being held at the Florence County Detention Center and will appear before a circuit court judge at a later date for bond consideration.
