WMBF FIRST ALERT FORECAST: Changes to the forecast that you need to know

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) Kicking things off on this Thursday on a cool note. Temperatures starting out warmer than the past few morning but you still need to bundle up as you head out. This afternoon as the clouds filter in a out - we'll feel temperatures rise to near 60. Then, overnight clouds thicken once again as a better chance of rain moves in for Friday. Overnight lows into Friday will be in the upper 40s to near 50.

We've adjusted the chance of rain around a little bit and right now it's looking like the best chance f rain is going to come Friday afternoon into Saturday. Will the rain and a more persistent onshore and southerly flow - temperatures will continue to stay on the mild side. Into the mid 60s by Saturday.

This rain is associated with a cold front that will clear out by Sunday and Sunday we see temperatures fall through the day. By Monday, we see temperatures return to average and overnight lows fall back into the 30s.
