DARLINGTON, SC (WMBF) – The Darlington County Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Jermaine Morris Hicks, of Syracuse Community Road in Darlington, on December 30.
According to police, Hicks, a 30 year-old black male, was a wanted federal fugitive. He was wanted on federal gun and drug charges.
After being found with over two grams of crack cocaine during his arrest, Hicks was charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, according to police.
