LITTLE RIVER, SC (WMBF) – The accident that caused Highway 57 to shut-down Monday morning claimed the life of Horace Jamarr Bellamy, a 32-year-old male from Longs, according to Horry County Coroner, Robert Edge.

The accident happened approximately 4:30 a.m. on Highway 57 South near Gore Road, and Mt. Zion Road, in Little River, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.
