MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Myrtle Beach Police responded to 1101 Oak Street Saturday night in reference to reports of a woman who was threatening to kill another woman with a butcher knife.
Upon arriving, officers spoke to the victim who said two suspects in a black Avalanche truck followed her to the Carolina Breeze on Cedar Street, then pulled up next to the driver side of her car and two suspects began making verbal threats towards her.
The victim said the passenger in the Avalanche threatened to kill her and gave her orders to exit the car, according to Myrtle Beach Police reports.
The victim said the suspects tried to box her car in the parking lot of Carolina Breeze, but she was able to back her car out and the suspects followed behind her as she drove towards Carolina Oaks. The victim said the suspects were driving recklessly as if they were going to ram the back of her car.
The passenger of the vehicle exited the Avalanche with a butcher knife in her hand, waving the knife in the victims direction, and shouting obscenities with intentions to cause harm. One witness said the suspect yelled to the victim to get out of the car so she can cut the victim, reports say.
The victim told police she is pregnant and was fearing for her life. The victim also told police that her and the suspects have had prior problems over the last few months.
