Evidence documents revealed for federal racketeering case

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Former Heat Ultra Lounge owner Vlad Handl and former Gold Club owner Mike Rose, are the men accused of drug trafficking and money laundering through clubs across the country. They are just two of the seven men accused. 

New documents in the case reveals evidence that will be used for trial.

Prosecutors have evidence that include: DVD found inside computer, two Bank of America debit cards, Bank of America checks, Wells Fargo debit card, a counterfeit bill, marijuana, at least six computers, several SD Cards, several I-phones, two blackberry phones, Samsung phone, rolex, and several images of evidence.

Witnesses include: 13 FBI special agents, three DEA Agents, and one confidential informant. Officials also listed representatives from Google, verizon, and banks.

The trial is set to begin February 9th.

    An Horry County firefighter living in Conway was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexual battery with a student, according to jail records and other sources. Matthew James Oswald, 31, from Conway, was arrested by Horry County police at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday and charged with sexual battery with a student. As of Thursday morning, he remained incarcerated at J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
