HARTSVILLE, SC (WMBF) – Two people were arrested in Hartsville Friday morning after allegedly chasing a repo truck and shooting at it with a shotgun, according to a Hartsville Police incident report.

Police were dispatched to 14th Street and found a repo truck in the middle of the road, according to the incident report. The driver told police that the suspect, later identified as Graham, ad shot at them and was traveling on 14th Street.
