MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF/CNN) - The new Star Wars film premieres in U.S, theaters Thursday night, and it's already setting records. Check the list of local theaters and showtimes below before you head out to watch tonight.

Movie ticketing website fandango says pre-sales for Star Wars: The Force Awakens broke the record for most tickets sold in site history.

It's not too much of a surprise, as ticket sites crashed when Force Awakens tickets first went on sale in October.
