HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Habitat for Humanity of Horry County recently dedicated and celebrated the completion of their 122nd and 124th home just in time for the holidays. Ceremony dedications took place December 12 and December 15.
Families that qualify for habitat home ownership complete 200 hours of sweat equity per adult and attend monthly financial training. They can purchase a home through Habitat for Humanity with a 0 percent interest loan.
Tonda Chestnut said it was an amazing feeling to be able to move into the new home with her four children and one grandchild.
