MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Myrtle Beach Police officers responded to the Landmark Hotel December 4, in reference to complaints of a man who was exposing himself in public when children were in the area , according to police reports.
The victim lives at the hotel and said, on November 28 she observed the suspect walking on the street going in the direction of his home and constantly exposing himself; she said nothing gets done about it. The victim's sister arrived and pulled up as the suspect was passing.
The victim said, she tried to avoid him by staying in the house, because she has always seen him walking around, and was unsure of his name, but said he lives in a neighborhood off Grissom Parkway.
The second victim told police when she went to visit her sister one of the kids on scene said, "There's that guy again." She closed the door, looked out the window, and observed him in the driveway exposing himself. The suspect then walked away. She said the kids did not see the man expose himself.
The kids are not allowed to play outside anymore and they're unsure if the suspect will do harm to the children.
According to reports, the suspect is identified as 28-year-old Justin David Wilson. Wilson is in pre-trial for exposure of private parts in a lewd and lascivious manner. Bond was set at $10,000.
There has been reports of a peeping Tom back in November just two miles away from the Landmark location, however it is unclear if these incidents are related. See that story here.
