FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A person was killed after a two vehicle head-on collision on Pamplico Highway (SC-51), just north of Cato Road, in Florence County on Friday afternoon around 3:30 p.m., according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

Florence County Coroner Keith VonLutcken identified the victim as 67-year-old James Stevenson Hudson of Effingham.
