Clemson blows by Wake Forest, unbeaten heading to USC

CLEMSON, S.C. - The Clemson Tigers are now one of two unbeaten teams left at the FBS level this season after beating Wake Forest 33-13 on Saturday in Death Valley. Deshaun Watson threw for 343 yards and accounted for four total touchdowns, all of which came in the first half. Socstee product Hunter Renfrow had three receptions for 55 yards.

After Oklahoma State, Houston and Ohio State all lost on Saturday, Clemson and Iowa (both 11-0) are the lone undefeated teams left in FBS football. Clemson has been atop the College Football Playoff rankings since they first came out at the beginning of the month. The new rankings will be out on Tuesday.

Next week, Clemson visits South Carolina in the Palmetto Bowl. Kickoff is set for noon on ESPN.
