HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A three-vehicle accident at Highway 501 North and Highway 548 (Four Mile Road) have left traffic lights down in the intersection.
Conway Fire Assistant Chief Jeremy Carter says four people suffered minor injuries in the accident; three were transported to Grand Strand Medical Center and one to Conway Medical Center.
Chief Carter says SCDOT is on scene trying to get the traffic lights working again.
All of the streetlights are either downed or lowered except for the set right on Four Mile Rd and Highway 501 between the BP gas station and the Tractor Supply store.
One lane of northbound traffic is blocked.
