McLeod Sports Medicine to host free running clinic

FLORENCE, SC (WMBF) – McLeod Sports Medicine will host a free Running Clinic on November 21, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at the McLeod Health and Fitness Center located at 2437 Willwood Drive in Florence.

The event is for runners and tri-athletes who want to learn more about running, how to stay injury free and how to get the most from their training.

The Running Clinic will be interactive with a drop-in format, allowing attendees the opportunity to participate in 3D video gait analysis (Dartfish), kineseotaping, injury screenings, cholesterol screenings, and many other services.
