Laurinburg Police seeking Blood gang member who shot man

LAURINBURG, NC (WMBF) – Laurinburg Police are searching for a 23-year-old alleged Blood gang member accused of shooting a man multiple times after an argument Tuesday.

Nicholas Devon McNeill was in a verbal argument with the victim when he displayed a gun and shot the victim multiple times, according to a release from Laurinburg Police. McNeill then fled on foot.

McNeill, a known Blood gang member, is considered armed and dangerous. He is described by police as 5-feet-7-inches tall and 140 pounds in weight. His last known addresses include Brown Street in Wagram, North Carolina, and Charlotte Street in Laurinburg, North Carolina. He is also known to be in the Washington Park area.

He has warrants on file for attempted murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, assault by pointing a gun, and discharging a firearm in city limits.
