MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The Myrtle Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding Jason Cole for questioning about a burglary that occurred at a residence on 48th Avenue North, on September 1, according to the MBPD Facebook Page.

The victim reports returning home around 1:55 p.m. and discovering approximately $6,800 of items missing. Items reported stolen from the home include a laptop, iPad, jewelry, and two televisions, according to the incident report.

The report states officers discovered the sliding glass door in the back of the house, near the car port, unlocked during a perimeter check. The victim stated the sliding glass door is never open and has not been used for several months.

It is possible Cole is with his girlfriend, Lauren Parker.

The MBPD is asking anyone with information to call (843) 918-1382 and reference case number 15-019931.
