Horry County Clemson Extension seeks information on farm flooding losses

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – The Horry County Clemson Extension Office and the South Carolina Farm Service Agency are asking farms in our area to complete a two-page damage assessment report form to confirm the estimated losses suffered by farms in South Carolina due to flooding.

The release from Horry County Government says if you wish to remain anonymous, leave sections 2 a, b, c and d blank except for the county name on section 2c.

The following ways are how the form can be returned:

  • Clicking at the top of the form to email the form directly to the South Carolina Emergency Management Division Emergency Support Function (ESF) 17
  • E-mailed to hardee@clemson.edu
  • Faxed to 803-773-5561
  • Mailed to the Horry County Extension Office, 1949 Industrial Park Road, Conway, SC 29526.
