HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – There are reports of flooding on many area roads Friday morning as heavy, sustained rain continues.
Meteorologist Andy Stein is out on the roads in the WMBF News StormChaser, and says that drains are already overwhelmed in the Cherry Grove area. Water is covering Sea Mountain Highway in Cherry Grove, among other roads in the area.
Meteorologist Marla Branson is reporting 3 inches of rain already in Carolina Forest, as of 6 a.m. Friday.
