MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A 30-year-old Myrtle Beach man is accused of leaving a bar while watching a football game with another man at half time to sexually assault the man's wife, according to a Myrtle Beach Police report.
Police spoke to the husband on September 3, who said he was watching a football game at Pop's Place with the suspect, Larry Milan Jacobs. Jacobs left the bar at half time, saying he had to go pick up his daughter.
That's when Jacobs went to the other man's house, knocked on the door, and told the man's wife that he "knows that she wants him," according to the police report. The wife said after a brief argument at the door, he pushed her into the house and into the laundry room, where he allegedly assaulted her.
Jacobs was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on charges of criminal sexual conduct, third degree, and burglary.
