MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A 37-year-old Myrtle Beach woman was arrested for prostitution Monday after an undercover officer responded to an online advertisement, according to a Myrtle Beach Police report.

The undercover officer texted Lauren Bailey Vereen after finding her advertisement on the internet, and during the text exchange, she stated her “donations” were $80 for half an hour, and $160 for one hour sessions, according to the report. Vereen agreed to meet the officer at a location, but no sexual acts were discussed.

At about 10:12 p.m., they met at the location, and Vereen was recorded while agreeing to perform sexual acts for a certain amount of money, and other sexual acts for additional money, the report states.

The undercover officer and two uniformed officers arrested Vereen, and confirmed that her phone was the one listed in the online ad, and used to exchange text messages, the report states.

Vereen was arrested and charged with one count of prostitution, first offense.

Marco Antonio Flores-Cruz, a 22-year-old man, and Sabrina Bernice Cruz, a 31-year-old woman, were also arrested on Monday for prostitution, first offense charges, according to police records. Details on their arrests were not immediately available.
