Local hog hunting business lands TV show

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – A local hog hunting business has landed their own TV show Southern Hog Slayers on the Hunt Channel. Launching of the show will begin in October and run through January.

Southern Hog Slayers is a local family owned company in Conway with over 40 years of combined Hog Slaying Experience, they are a company of avid hog hunters who offer hog removal, and guided hog hunts along the coast of the Carolina’s.

Hog Slayers will be featured on The Hunt Channel starting October 3, 2015 at 7:30 a.m. The show will be airing every Saturday morning until January 2, 2016. The name of the show is Southern Hog Slayers: The Rootin' Life.

    A man’s car was reportedly stolen at gunpoint Thursday morning following an altercation with another individual. According to a Myrtle Beach Police Department incident report, officers responded to the 900 block of White Street where they met with the 23-year-old victim.
