HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – On this week’s Horry County Suspect Search, deputies need your help locating a man who failed to appear in court for a resisting arrest charge, and another wanted for failing to appear on charges for possession of a controlled substance and criminal domestic violence.

Christopher Cortez Holmes, 26, was stopped by Myrtle Beach Police back on January 1, and gave an alias to officers, according to the police report. He still came up as wanted out of North Carolina in the National Crime Information Center database, and police attempted to cuff him. He got away from police and ran, until police deployed a taser and was taken into custody.  He was charged with resisting arrest, and failed to show up for court on this charge. Holmes’ last known address is on Beatisford Road in Statesville, North Carolina.

Timothy Lane Foster, 55, is wanted for both possession of a controlled substance and domestic violence. In April, police responded to a local hospital in reference to a wanted person, according to an MBPD report. They found that Foster did have warrants, and while searching him, found a pill bottle that was prescribed to someone else. Inside the bottle, they found a pill that was later determined to be a generic form of Xanex, which is a Schedule 4 narcotic.

Also in April, Myrtle Beach Police responded to a home on 2nd Avenue in reference to a fight in progress, according to a report. When they arrived, Foster had already been separated from the victims, two women aged 54 and 20. They told police that Foster began arguing with them after their power went off due to non-payment, and hit them both in the neck and face numerous times. After police were called, Foster began to hit himself in attempt to look like a victim. He was arrested for criminal domestic violence, third offense, and failed to appear in court on this charge.

Foster’s last known address is on 2nd Avenue in Myrtle  Beach.

If you know the whereabouts of either of this week’s suspects, you are asked to contact the Horry County Sheriff’s Office.
