The Rains Are Bringing Big Change...
Waking up to slightly better conditions than the past couple of days. Not quite as muggy but we are still going to work a lot of humidity and muggy weather this afternoon with the threat for some pop up showers and storms once again. Highs today with be in the upper 80s to around 90.
Saturday brings back the mid to upper 80s for highs and brings in the best chance for rain as we continue to track a cold front pushing through the Carolinas. Most of the rain should clear out by night time and by that point the changes start to settle in.
Sunday features further clearing. As the cold front passes through it will funnel in drier air. This trend of drier air continue through the week. Along side the drier air - COOLER air will be arriving as well. Highs will be hovering around 80 and low temperatures will dip down all the way in to the mid to upper 50s for the majority of the area. A slow uptick in temperatures will occur as we start to work a little bit more humidity into the area by the end of the week.
