MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The independent research organization at the University of Chicago (NORC), will conduct interviews for the National Social Life, Health and Aging Project (NSHAP), in Myrtle Beach this month.
The Myrtle Beach Police Department posted the information to their Facebook page to alert older residents, with heightened security and safety concerns, of the NORC interviewer's presence in the community.
Interviewers will visit current participants as well as contact additional households in search of eligible adults, anyone between the ages of 50 to 67 years of age, to take part in the study.
According to the MBPD, NORC representatives will be wearing photo identification. Anyone with questions or concerns is urged to call the MBPD at (843) 918-1382.
