Laurinburg man charged with intent to sell marijuana

SCOTLAND COUNTY, NC (WMBF) – A Laurinburg man was arrested on July 30 after the Narcotics Criminal Division of the Scotland County Sheriff's Office conducted a search warrant of his residence.

John Null is charged with possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, maintain dwelling for purpose of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the SCSO Facebook page.

After several complaints against the resident (Null), a search warrant was conducted at 13360 Oakwood Drive, where several illegal narcotics were located.

The search disclosed 100.5 grams of marijuana used for sell/delivery, as well as items identified as drug paraphernalia, the SCSO Facebook page states.

Null was given a $15,000 unsecured bond after his warrants were served and he was processed.
