CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – Four men struck and robbed a Conway man at gunpoint at his friend’s home overnight Monday, according to a report from Conway Police.

Just after midnight, a 24-year-old man reported a home invasion and armed robbery at a friend’s residence on Westridge Boulevard. He told police that when he arrived at the home and got out of his truck, he heard someone yelling. He turned around and saw four men, one of whom was pointing a long gun at him.

One of the men then hit the victim in the face with an object when the victim refused to hand over the keys to his truck, according to the report. He was then ordered into the home, and the suspects then took his cash, shoes, truck keys, and handgun. The suspects then fled on foot.

The victim was unable to provide a description of the suspects. Photos were taken of the injuries to the victims’ face, and a detective processed the scene.
