MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A new music video uploaded last week by the country group Big & Rich features scenes from Myrtle Beach and their performance at the Carolina Country Music Fest back in June.

“Run Away With You” was released on YouTube on July 9, and features a young couple that drove from Tennessee to Myrtle Beach, and took center stage with the country group as they performed the track from their 2014 album “Gravity.”

The video shows the couple enjoying the sights of Myrtle Beach, including the SkyWheel, the beach, and other recognizable local attractions and locations.

The video also shows Big & Rich’s performance at the Carolina Country Music Fest, which took place at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion site from June 5 to June 7.

When the unimaginable happens, one South Carolina school is leading the way to help victims of mass violence. We’re not just talking about active shooter situations like the one in Las Vegas last year that left 58 people dead and hundreds more hurt. Its work will also focus on incidents like the truck attack in New York City that killed eight and injured a dozen others.

The Heather Lakes neighborhood in Little River could possibly see the addition of hundreds of new homes in the near future. Last week, Horry County Council passed the first reading of an ordinance that would rezone the land, allowing developers to add the homes to where the now closed Heather Glen Golf Course currently sits.
