Shuler denied bond in his afternoon hearing Saturday.

According to Jimmy Richardson, Shuler has 3 pending trials. His first trial was set up for April and his defense attorney asked for continued trial and the judge continued it.

Since Shuler is charged with a violent crime, a magistrate cannot set a bond.

The only thing that can be done by the solicitors office is call for a trial.
