FLORENCE, SC (WMBF) – One Florence man was arrested Monday and a second turned himself in Wednesday to Florence Police in connection to the Partridge Circle shooting that occurred in Florence on July 5.

Michael Smith-Rogers, age 22, of Woodland Drive in Florence, is charged with two counts of attempted murder, according to Lt. Brandt of the Florence Police Department.

Terrance Kijuan Kuwamane Black, age 25, of Florence, turned himself in to police on Wednesday, and now also faces two counts of attempted murder, Lt. Brandt confirmed.

Police were dispatched Sunday at 11:15 p.m. to shots fired on Partridge Circle in Florence.

According to Florence Police, this was a drive-by incident.

Police did not find any victims on scene, but shortly later two males showed up at a local hospital.

One was shot in the stomach and the other shot in the leg.

The victims are 26-years-old and 20-years-old.

Investigators say the shooting stemmed from an argument between the two men and the victims.
