Magazine names Murrells Inlet in Top 10 best beach towns for Fourth of July

MURRELLS INLET, SC (WMBF) – Murrells Inlet has been named one of the Top 10 Best American Beach Towns for the Fourth of July by Coastal Living Magazine, according to a news release from Murrells Inlet 2020.

The 2015 Murrells Inlet Boat Parade will begin on July 4 at 10 a.m. and the fireworks display over the MarshWalk will begin at 10 p.m.

Georgetown County Parks and Recreation, Murrells Inlet 2020, the MarshWalk restaurants and the Boat Parade sponsors are encouraging participation for the Inlet Clean-up on Sunday, July 5.

Volunteers will meet at the Wicked Tuna Tiki Hut at 8 a.m. to rid the Inlet of boat parade and fireworks debris.
