Multiple trees downed throughout Pee Dee, Horry counties

(WMBF) - A dozen reports of fallen trees hit the Pee Dee on Tuesday evening, according to the National Weather Service.

Trees fell at the following locations:

In Marlboro County, a large tree was reported down on Highway 177.

A tree fell on Brickyard Road near Highway 9.

In Darlington County, a fallen tree blocked the intersection of Lawson Grove and Philadelphia Road.

A tree was reported down on Highway 403.

A tree reportedly blocked the intersection of Bethel and Indian Branch roads.

Another report of a fallen tree was located at Whit and Plum streets.

Fallen trees were found down on Hickory Grove Road and Georgetown Road.

In Dillon County, a tree fell on Highway 38.

Multiple fallen trees were reported on Highway 9.

In Horry County, near Green Sea, a tree was downed on Mount Zion Road.

Strong winds and rain fell further inland Tuesday evening.
