Horry County schools earns $67.6 million in scholarships

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF)  The Horry County School's graduation class of 2015 has earned $67.6 million in scholarships.

The following is a list of schools at each of the 10 district high schools including the dollar amounts of scholarships earned. 

Aynor High School: $3,575,300; and 89 percent of graduates earned scholarships;

Carolina Forest High School: $11,824,600; and 64 percent of graduates earned scholarships;

Conway High School: $4,225,312; and 50 percent of graduates earned scholarships;

HCS Early College High School: $2,604,269; and 72 percent of graduates earned scholarships;

Green Sea Floyds High School: $1,102,680; and 50 percent of graduates earned scholarships;

Loris High School: $4,076,177; and 45 percent of graduates earned scholarships;

Myrtle Beach High School: $6,606,904; and 63 percent of graduates earned scholarships;

North Myrtle Beach High School: $7,610,409; and 72 percent of graduates earned scholarships;

St. James High School: $9,890,694; and 69 percent of graduates earned scholarships; and

Socastee High School: $16,084,733; and 76 percent of graduates earned scholarships.
