HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - The latest Horry County Suspect Search includes a man wanted for allegedly punching and slapping an 11-year-old, and a man who police say broke an order of protection.

An 11-year-old boy was allegedly punched back on June 3, and now authorities are searching for 36-year-old Chris Bell. Bell is wanted for unlawful neglect of a child or helpless person. The Horry County Police report states that the victim told police Bell punched him several times and slapped him in the face. He also told authorities he was hit so hard in the face, he couldn't hear out of his left ear.

Bell's last known address is on Rittenhouse Road in Myrtle Beach.

Scott Warren, 30, was wanted for second-degree harassment and violation of an order of protection. According to the Horry County Police report, on June 3, the victim was at the Walmart on Middle Ridge Avenue with her daughter when Warren snuck up behind her. The report says he later texted her, breaking an order he has that states he can't have contact with her.

Warren was arrested on June 20, two days after the initial Horry County Suspect Search segment ran on WMBF News.
