FLORENCE, SC (WMBF) – A worker died during a logging incident Wednesday at about 7:40 p.m. in Florence, according to the county coroner's office.

McCray was pronounced dead a short time later at a nearby hospital.

The Florence County Sheriff's Office is assisting with the investigation, but foul play is not suspected. The body will be sent to Charleston for an autopsy on Friday.
