2 Lumberton men reportedly shot in the leg in unrelated incidents

LUMBERTON, SC (WMBF) – Two Lumberton men were shot in the leg in unrelated incidents Saturday, according to the Lumberton Police Department.

At around 5 p.m., police said a man reported someone entered his residence located on Carolina Avenue and demanded money.

During the struggle, the victim said he was shot in his leg.

His injuries are not life-threatening, according to police.

About three-and-a-half hours later, a different victim reported someone shot him in his leg while he crossed the road on Crandlemire Road near Plainview Drive.

Campbell reported he didn't see who shot him, police said.

His injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
