Drayton Arnold commits to Old Dominion

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach quarterback Drayton Arnold has committed to play football at Old Dominion, he told WMBF News' Damon Cutno on Thursday. Arnold was offered by the Monarchs last week, and visited there earlier this week.

Old Dominion just completed its transition to the FBS level, and will be a bowl-eligible program next year, competing in Conference USA.

Arnold threw for 37 touchdowns last year before injuring his hand in the SCHSL 3A Playoffs. He is expected back for the Seahawks for his senior season.
