MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Impressive time-lapse photographs of fog rolling over Myrtle Beach was captured Monday.

Photographer Patrick Donahue, of Rightcoaster Photography,  snapped photos of the view from the public parking deck on Chester Street.

Donahue said he set up his camera at 2 p.m. for about 30 minutes.

"This was a sequence of photos taken every 3 seconds for about 25 minutes, then played back at normal video rate," he explained.

The foggy skies came one day after Tropical Storm Ana made landfall in the northern Grand Strand shortly after 6 a.m. and about an hour before thunderstorms formed in Horry and Georgetown counties.
