NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - After months of renovation, North Myrtle Beach's bowling center will re-open in May with a new name, news interior and new food.

The bowling center will open as 710 North Myrtle Beach, according to officials. Officials say the establishment will have 14 standard bowling lanes, six boutique lanes, billiards, table tennis and more.

Executive Chef Greg Lewis of Ruth's Chris and 21 Main Fame was hired to revamp the menu, officials say.

Doors will open on May 8 at 5 p.m. following a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring the NMB Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Marilyn Hatley. Officials say for a chance to win a dinner date for two at the new bowling alley, like 710 North Myrtle Beach's Facebook page and follow them on Twitter
