NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Barefoot Landing, the waterfront shopping and dining center in North Myrtle Beach, announced several new shops, attractions, and renovated properties for the 2015 season.

According to a news release from the center, The Dockside Village section of Barefoot Landing now includes:

· Earthbound Trading Company, which offers earth-themed women's clothing, footwear, and home décor, plus hand-crafted ethnic and nature-related gifts;

· Best Gift Idea Ever, which enables its guests to create their own unique pieces of personalized art through the use of photographs resembling letters;

· Beef Jerky Store, which features a variety of jerky flavors for the beef lover;

· The Stuffed Animal Store (opening soon), which carries children's favorite plush toys; and

· A Silver Shack (relocating to Dockside Village from Boardwalk Shops), which features current and fashionable silver jewelry from around the world.

The Waterway Shoppes now has The Artists' Emporium, an artist collective boutique with works from local artists on display, and for sale.

The new merchants coming to the Boardwalk Shops include:

· Carolina Hat Company, which showcases all types of headwear including sporty, casual and sophisticated;

· Tara Grinna Swimwear (opening near Chico's and White House | Black Market), which has been a respected name in the swimwear industry for over 25 years and is known for its unique use of gorgeous prints and vibrant and exciting color palettes; and

· Pepper Palace, which features hot sauces and flavorings ranging from mild to hot, exotic to everyday.

The Lakeview Courtyard will now include Colette's Popcorn, with a large selection of popcorn flavors, and Barefoot Amusements, featuring five family-style rides and games.

Several stores have also been renovated and refreshed, including: Tassa Cabana, Designer Sunglasses, Sunglass Hut, Johnny Rockets, Bully's Pub and Grill, and Smokin' Hot Grill & BBQ.

"We're expecting to have a great summer," said Patrick Walsh, senior vice president of asset management with the Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc., parent company of Barefoot Landing.
