Dilly Bean’s stops by to make shrimp and grits

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Today on WMBF News at 4 p.m., Dilly Beans Cafe and Catering stopped by to make the classic: Shrimp and Grits. Here's their recipe:

1/4 cup chopped onions

1/4 cup chopped red peppers

1/4 cup smoked sausage

1/2 lb. Shrimp

1 tablespoon of flour

1 tablespoon of lobster stock

3 tablespoons of butter salted 3/4 heavy whipping cream

Grits any type

In a saute pan on medium high heat start with butter and add onions peppers sausage and shrimp. Cook approximately 2 minutes and then add flour and lobster stock then slowly fold in cream. Constantly stirring for about 1 minute. take off heat immediately and pour gravy over grits salt is not required due to the amount of salt in the lobster stock. Be careful not to let the sauce break by constantly stirring you can keep this from happening
